“Scouter” to all of us.
* Jim Peek was one of four adult Scout leaders
to receive this award in the year 2005 out of
300 adult leaders in the Orca District of the
Chief Seattle Council, Boy Scouts of America
 Selected by Seattle Magazine as one of the “best
in client satisfaction in the greater Seattle
area for 2005.” Seattle Magazine surveyed recent
homebuyers, mortgage, title and their
subscribers and the winners had to score highly
in all aspects of the transaction. Please see
